Who we are
Signal is a business advisory organisation that helps executives and boards make sound decisions about transformation, with particular attention to the age of artificial intelligence. Its services are strategic foresight, situational awareness, strategy development and capability-based planning.
Background
Signal is led by Ingrid Schnell, who holds a degree in computer engineering and a master’s degree in management, and is currently a PhD candidate in ethical decision making and governance. This combination of technical, managerial and ethical training shapes the way Signal approaches technology decisions: as questions of strategy and accountability, not only of implementation.
Our approach
Academic rigour meets practical application. Research-based thinking is translated into actionable business and technology strategy, delivered either as a defined engagement or as fractional leadership: senior strategy and governance oversight without the overhead of a full-time executive.
